The thing to remember about the Detox smoothie is that its ingredients must include plenty of vitamins, minerals, fibres and toxin-excreting substances (chlorella, spirulina).

  • 1 big handful of leafy greens (spinach or kale)
  • 1–2 springs of fresh mint (more if you like)
  • 1 slice of pineapple, chopped
  • 1 medium-sized banana
  • ¼ ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Detox Superfood Blend
  • 1 tbsp Crunchy Super Seeds (if you wish)
  • 1 cup of cold water or vegetable milk

Add all ingredients to the blender and blend at high speed until smooth (30–60 seconds).
